Cancellation & Refund Policy

100% refund (less applicable processing/transaction charges) for cancellations made 3 months or more before the conference date.
50% refund (less applicable processing/transaction charges) for cancellations made between 2 and 3 months before the conference date.
No refund for cancellations made less than 2 months before the conference date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Processing and transaction charges are strictly non-refundable.
